Parent Information
Discover a community where parents and families play a vital role in their child’s learning journey. At Steilacoom Cooperative Preschool, we believe that parents are the single most important influence in the lives of children. They are the true educators. Our mission is to support and contribute to the growth and development of young children by fostering strong relationships with families and promoting better understanding between home and school.
We encourage parents to engage fully in the preschool experience. This includes working in the classroom, participating in school decisions, and collaborating with our teacher to support their child’s development. The essence of our cooperative model is the active involvement of parents in all aspects of the preschool.
Our program offers numerous opportunities for family engagement, including fun activities and events, discussions on parenting topics, and a monthly ‘Mom’s Night Out’ for social connection and support. Above all, we are committed to working alongside parents to enhance the understanding and education of their children.
Join us in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for your child’s early years.
